Delicious protein shakes! Reminds me of cereal milk.

These protein pouches are pretty good!! The only downside for me was the lack of clear instructions in English. It took a minute to figure out what to do. Once I realized, I simply filled the pouch with water to the little water icon on the back, put the cap back on, gave it a shake, then drank it. Super easy.Flavor-wise, they taste a lot like cereal milk. The strawberry is really good, and the crisp rice pieces plus the tiny freeze-dried strawberry bits make it taste like you’re drinking the leftover milk from a bowl of cereal. Just a heads-up, the cereal pieces can get soggy if the mix sits too long after adding the water. My advice, drink it as soon as you can.Convenience-wise, the ready-to-mix pouch is perfect for on-the-go days. I’m trying to stay on track with my protein goals, and each pouch has 19g of protein, which isn’t too shaby. You also get 4g of fiber, 3g of total sugar, and only 150 calories.I genuinely enjoyed these. They are a bit pricey considering you only get seven pouches per bag, but they make a great, tasty, protein-packed treat a couple of times a week.

Great Taste and Texture, but a Bit Pricey for What You Get

Even though this is labeled as a meal replacement, I’ve been using it as a post-workout shake instead of my usual protein powder, and honestly, it’s been a nice change. It tastes a lot better than the last protein powder I bought and still delivers nearly the same amount of protein per serving. The strawberry flavor is strong and pleasant, and the smell really stands out in a good way. The 'crunchy protein balls' are a fun touch. They add a little texture that makes it more enjoyable to drink compared to the typical smooth protein shake. It’s also pretty filling, enough to hold me over for a few hours if I have it between meals. The biggest downside is the price. For what you get, it’s not the best value if you’re using it purely as a protein supplement. But if you actually treat it as a meal replacement, it’s easier to justify. Overall, it’s a tasty and satisfying option that’s just a bit on the expensive side.

Mixes easy, tastes like a strawberry milkshake, has fun crunchy bits in it. Made in Korea.

Step one: take a spoon and fish around in the container to find your scoop.I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and this is the first strawberry one I’ve actually really liked. It tastes more like a strawberry milkshake than your typical chalky protein drink. I really the little crunchy protein balls and bits of strawberry. I am fan of odd textures in my drink, like coconut water with jiggly bits, or boba. It’s made with erythritol, so you can taste just a slight low/no sugar-free note, but it’s minor. There aren’t any English instructions for mixing, but I used milk and way less than the 45g serving, and it tasted great. Not too sweet and mixed easily with just a whisk. I think each person is just going to have to figure out whether they like milk, a milk alternative, or water, and how much powder to use to suit their sweetness preference.

I love the flavor! Very versatile!

This protein shake powder is really good. It tastes good enough that you wouldn't mind drinking this daily. Each serving of protein shake contains 19g of protein. This dissolves well when you put it in a shaker cup with a whisk ball. The consistency is smooth and isn't gritty. I like that this doesn't have the aftertaste that can be off-putting- this is solid. This is a versatile protein powder you could use with various types of milks or even adding to a smoothie. Used at the suggested serving size, this provides about 14 servings of protein.

Great tasting flavor but pricey

Just opening it, I’m hit with a strawberry smell which smells delicious. Always been a fan of strawberry flavored protein powder so I obviously loved this. At just 19g protein, it is on the lesser side than your name-brand workout protein powders. I guess you can double scoop it but that just means you’ll go through this container in less than a week or so. I personally use it on lighter workout days. The way I used it is in my fruit smoothie, 1 scoop and it made my smoothie creamier and tasting like strawberry, I obviously don’t notice the crunchy bits because they get blended in but I tasted them on their own and they taste like plain oat cereal bits with a light strawberry flavoring. Overall, made me feel fuller and the protein helped me during my workout and workout recovery. It is pricey for about 1.4 pounds though.

Very tasty!

I added 1% milk to one of these pouches and shook it up pretty well. This was extremely tasty to me, reminded me of a childhood cereal, called frankenberry once you eaten all the cereal. With 19 g of protein plus adding milk to this, It's a protein powerhouse. This doesn't have any actual sugar in it, but I counted three different artificial sweeteners. I did not feel any ill effect from this but I probably would still not want to have more than one of these a week due to some of the ingredients. This comes to about $5.50 a pouch at its current price. It's a little on the pricey side.I enjoyed drinking this and in a pinch I'll have one when I don't have time to make regular food for myself. This is good quality

It's good, but not for everyone.

Each pouch contains a strawberry‑flavored protein blend that includes freeze‑dried strawberry bits, plant‑based cream powder, and puffed cereal pieces. The pouch is sealed with a small lid that can be opened and closed to shake the contents, and a window on the back of the pouch shows a two‑line water‑level indicator. Because the powder is pre‑measured, the pouch can be filled with water to the indicated line and shaken without the need for separate measuring cups. The packaging is entirely in Korean, with no English instructions, but the simple design of the water‑level lines and the clear window make it easy to follow once the user has identified the correct fill line. When I prepared the shake, I poured about 150 ml of filtered water into the pouch, sealed it, and gave it a vigorous shake. The water was absorbed and mixed with the powder, and I let the mixture sit for a minute or two before drinking. The result was a strawberry‑milk‑like beverage that carries the taste of the freeze‑dried berries and the crunch of the cereal puff pieces. The protein content is 19 g per pouch, with 147 kcal, 4 g of fiber, and only a few grams of sugar, making it a relatively lean option for a quick protein boost. The flavor is not overly sweet; it resembles the taste of cereal milk more than a typical sweetened shake. The texture is a mix of creamy and slightly chunky, with small pieces of freeze‑dried strawberry and puffed cereal that give it a dessert‑like mouthfeel. Some of the puffed bits can become a little soggy if the mixture sits too long after shaking, so it is best to consume the shake promptly. The aftertaste can be somewhat reminiscent of a standard protein shake, which may not appeal to those looking for a purely fruit‑driven drink. Overall, the product offers convenient, pre‑portion protein with a distinct strawberry flavor and a unique cereal‑like texture, but the Korean‑only packaging and the tendency for the mix to become mushy over time may be drawbacks for some.

Flimeal Strawberry Protein Shake

These are very delicious quick and easy in between or mealtime replacement drinks. The packaging is entirely in Korean so I can't read it but there's a little clear window in the upper right hand corner of the back side that has marking lines and what I've been doing is I fill it up to the first line with water clothes and shake it vigorously and then you'll notice the water level drops because the water is being absorbed and mixed with the powder so then I'll add a little bit more until it gets in between the two middle lines and then shake it again and then let it sit for about a minute or two before drinking it. To me it tastes like strawberry milk with little bits of BB's of cereal in it. I really enjoy the taste of it, and it's great for when I can't actually sit down and have a meal but I'm starting to get the hangry cranks.

Easy to make, love the not too sweet taste and the pops to eat. Very expensive though.

I was a bit skeptical, but the Filimeal Strawberry Protein Shake is tasty and did help to keep me fuller longer than a regular bowl of cereal would. I actually stayed full for 6 hours. We have a small, filtered water faucet on our kitchen sink, and I used that to fill up the pouch. But you could use whatever kind of milk too. It might be a bit difficult to pour milk into the pouch, so you may want to use a funnel.I shook it really well before my first swallow, and also put the lid back on and shook it again after every drink I took. I did have little crunch balls in every sip/bite, and there were a few bites where I had what felt like the dregs you find at the end of your cereal bowl.Having something to chew made it enjoyable. The taste reminded me of Strawberry Crunch Berries, but not quite as sweet. I think kids would enjoy this, and adults with a bit of a sweet tooth.I do appreciate that it has 19 grams of protein, only 147 calories, and is low in sugar. I think it is very pricey for 7 shakes, but if you can afford it, I think it’s a good product.

Nice but odd

I'm a little bit 50/50 on this protein mix.It tastes really nice, something like strawberry milk, but a little less intense and sweet. That's great but it has these weird little crunchy balls in it (which I find korean protein drinks just love to include) and while they aren't offensive, I kind of wish they weren't in my drink. If you blend it up you can mostly get rid of them but there will still be some gritty bits probably. Again, they don't ruin it but I could do without.Another issue is I swear it's higher sugar than it states. The english label mentions some 20g carbs per serving, but that appears to be entirely or almost entirely in sugar alcohols, but I don't know for sure since it doesn't specify. Still, I feel like it hits me a bit more than it should. But other than that it's very nice.

Yummy! But sugar :((

4.5 stars! These were better than I expected, tbh. The texture is fun --- this has little crunchy cereal balls make it feel more like a dessert shake than a protein drink, and it’s surprisingly filling. Probably because of the carb and fiber content in addition to the protein. I liked the flavor overall, but it’s definitely on the sweeter side -- which makes sense, because (alas!) it has sugar in it. It's sweeter than expected for only 3g per serving, but alas, I'm a stevia/mostly no sugar girlie, so I was a bit :(( to realize this had sugar in it. That's my only reason for minus 1/2 star lol.Still, it’s tasty enough that I like drinking it, especially as a post-dinner “treat” kind of shake -- I whip this up with some extra stevia, oat milk, and cottage cheese and it makes a strawberry cheesecake-type flavor ice cream when frozen. Totally delicious!Value-wise, I’d say it’s decent — you don’t need much per serving, and the quality’s good, but the sugar content... eh. I get that its necessary to make it taste good in a normal shake, but I like to adjust it on my own. Probably better as a meal replacement than as a shake for Serious Gym Bros. Great for a dessert type of craving, but not something I'm gong to make my gym or even everyday meal shake.
