We ship most products domestically and internationally. Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. Refund policy

Eligibility & Condition

· If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

· Refund and exchange eligibility will be determined after our inspection and review process.

· All returned items must be unopened and in their original condition, with any safety seals and packaging intact.

· Items returned without the original tags attached are ineligible for a refund or exchange, and the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

· If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

· To process a claim for damaged or incorrect items, photo or video evidence of the product and its original packaging (including the shipping label) is required.

· FULLight reserves the right to limit the number of returns or refuse a refund.

· All returns and exchanges must be requested and postmarked (shipped) within 14 days of receipt.

· Any missing packages or damaged or defective items must be claimed within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

· FULLight is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

· Please provide photo or video evidence of the product and packaging when requesting a return or exchange.

· Our team will review the request and provide shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Shipping Costs

· The returning shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility except for wrong items, defective items, or Free Return eligible items or locations.

· If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item(s), we will be fully responsible for the returning shipping cost.

· If the item is returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused', Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

· If any free shipping items are returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable', or 'Refused', the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
