I’ve been looking for a good protein alternative for a long time, but the high price always held me back.Thankfully, I was able to get this at a great deal during Prime Day—and I’m so glad I did!The taste is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying it if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying protein option.
It seems like reeeal korean multi grain powder called misugaroo ! It is little bit expensive compared to the capacity but i love the taste
I drink a lot of different Asian drinks and tons of American protein shakes, so this was something I have been curious to try. You can tell from their advertising they are pushing it heavily towards an Asian market and it's a Korean product.I didn't really know exactly how to drink it so I tried a few things. One was to mix milk into the pouches and this worked out "OK". It kinda mixed decently but I felt like I left a lot in the pouch that I couldn't get out. It did come out creamy which was nice. I tried it with water as well but it was definitely not as good as with milk. The little crunchies in it are quite fun and different than typical protein shakes. Then I tried using it like a protein shake and dumped the powder into a nutribullet and blended it up with milk. This removed most of the little crunchies unfortunately but it made them more like the little cookie pieces you'll sometimes get in higher quality snickerdoodle or cookies and creme protein shakes - which was still nice. I like that added texture. This was the most successful method overall as I felt like I could drink more of the product and I could get the ratios better and it blended better.Overall, a slightly sweet taste. It definitely reminded me of milk-teas - but also grainy a bit too. I did like it. A bit like a blended protein shake cereal mixture thing. The first time I did it my stomach was a bit unhappy after - but that didn't happen again so must have been a fluke.I think the flavoring should be tweaked a bit more for the US market - a bit more sweetness and flavoring, not tons but a bit. Maybe a bit more creaminess added to it so you can mix it with water too?
I took a lactase pill before drinking this because this has milk in the ingredients. I added one scoop (which I am assuming is 3 TBS per the directions) to some almond milk and stirred. A mixer or shaker would do better, but I am middle of chores so had to be quick. This was delicious and the pick-me-up I needed before I did some hard chores both inside and out because we we have storms coming and it all has to get done quickly. This meal-supplement is tasty, creamy, and hearty--not sweet but not bitter either. It's mildly sweet but not overpowering. Sweet like how certain grains and nuts can be sweet but not sugary. It quite reminds me of a grain drink I often had in Korea at one of my favorite coffee shops. I really like it!
I was on a plant-based diet for a long time and used to supplement my protein needs with protein powders. Pea protein tended to be gritty while the whey was harder on the kidneys. This one differs in that it’s a soy-based protein with loads of plant products in the mix. There are a full 20 grams of protein per serving, a little under half of what I like to get. I added some of this powder to my yogurt and it mixed quite well.I didn’t add a full scoop, which provides a full protein infusion, but rather eyed it. I don’t do smoothies so can’t say if this will mix well but I suspect it probably will do just fine. The taste was quite interesting, but we’re not looking at a candy bar here. I think next time instead of using a plain yogurt, I’ll use a flavored one for added taste. When I opened up, the soy protein powder there was no clumping. It can be stored in the canister or transferred to Mason-style jars, if preferred. I have no preference here. An interesting soy protein powder, a new one on me. Very good amount of protein per serving and the price seems reasonable enough.
I’m no stranger to protein powders, drinks, and supplements, but this is my first time trying a product like this. What attracted me the most was the relatively decent amount of protein at 20 grams per serving along with the low calorie and low sugar content. The pouches are very convenient to take with me when I’m out and about, and they have become a nice portable option for me. All I have to do is add water, shake well, and then they’re ready to use. This particular Brown 17 Grains flavor is enjoyable enough to me. It's creamy and slightly sweet, and the little textured crispy bits are a nice contrast. I’d be interested in trying other flavors from this brand. I’ve been on a diet and exercise routine since mid January, and this kind of product provides what I’m looking for as far as protein intake and calories. Honestly, the only downside in my opinion is that these are quite an investment for just seven pouches. I’m enjoying using them, all the same, and I appreciate how travel-friendly they are.
Very Good Taste Protein. The shake is delicious, not too sweet, not gritty.
Tasty with a nice crunch, but the serving size is huge! Ordered this when it went on sale, otherwise it’s on the expensive side. But I really like the taste compared to American flavors. No yummy issues either and it melts/mixes well with a standard shaker bottle.
The only thing I don’t like this product is the price. Oh no, it is so expensive!! But I cannot stop buying it!I have had it for lunch with milk and it’s been a month. I don’t feel sugar spike (I think this is mainly proteins?) and I feel I am full. It lasts three hours.
Omg, this is an absolute must-try if you like misugaru (Korean grain shakes). I honestly never knew protein powder could taste this good. The flavor is spot-on—nutty, sweet, and so satisfying without any artificial taste.I love the convenience of the packaging since I can take it on the go without needing to bring a shaker bottle. It also makes a perfect meal-replacement because it has some crunchy mini puffs like cereal. It feels more filling than just regular shakes without any texture.Another bonus: you can freeze it after you mix in your water! I use almond milk instead of water, freeze the packet, smush it around, and eat it like a slushy. You can also squeeze it into a bowl when its slushy-like, and top it with peanuts and fruit for a healthy snack. It’s seriously so good. This is my favorite protein shake by far because it is sooo delicious, versatile, and super convenient—highly recommend!
I’ve tried several flavors, but I can confidently say that the Flimeal Brown 17 Grains Protein Shake is the best! It tastes absolutely amazing.
I love this shake, it's really easy to make. It has a grainy flavor and very slightly sweet taste. Sometimes I add some sweetener if I want it sweeter. It does have a bit of a slightly gritty texture but I think given the flavor and crunchy cereal bits that it works but if you have an issue with that kind of texture then this probably isn't for you. Definitely filling in my opinion. I mix it with half water, half Fairlife milk.
Great for on the go! Not my favorite flavor (even though this one is most popular).Peace with ya in Jesus name!
I can’t believe this is a protein shake. So delicious
This protein shake tastes like Korean roasted grain powder (misutgaru), so it’s nutty and delicious even when mixed with just water. Mixing it with milk makes it richer and creamier, perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack. It’s high in protein, so it keeps me full for a while, and the low sugar content makes it a guilt-free option. The crunchy protein crisps on top add a nice texture and make it more enjoyable to drink. If you prefer a clean, lightly sweet taste, this is a great choice.
The best protein shake. Expensive for daily use. Wish it were more affordable for long term use.
Tried this for the first time on Prime Day and I’m hooked! It’s a quick and tasty breakfast – I mix it with unsweetened soy milk and it’s perfect. I’ve already bought three bottles. Highly recommend!
Flimeal Brown 17 Grains Protein Shake, 22.22oz, 14 ServingsThis is kinda like drinking liquid cereal. The taste is good, and I like the little crunchies in it. The texture of the liquid is like you waited for your bowl of cereal to get really soggy, then mixed it up. Not really a gritty texture, but it is thick on the tongue. There are no instructions included to let you know how much liquid to use, it just mentions to dilute it with water. I mixed 1.5oz of powder with 8oz of milk. I could add amore milk to thin it a bit. I don't know if I would mix this with just water.Overall, this is not unpleasant, and I like the flavor.Note that there is a warning on the label about possible cancer or reproductive harm.
This protein shake tastes just like the brown grain drinks I grew up with in Korea — nutty, smooth, and super comforting. The added cereal crisps give it a nice texture, almost like a mini meal.It doesn’t taste like a typical protein shake at all (no chalkiness or weird aftertaste). My only complaint is the price — it’s on the higher end — but the flavor makes it worth it for me.
Tastes great and mixes wonderfully in shaker bottle. Legit about to buy 2 more flavors of this. 10/10 better than any other protein powder I’ve tried. I am also artificial sweetener intolerant and this did not upset my stomach at all.
The 17 grains protein shake has an interesting mix of ingredients from barley, wheat, skin milk, whey to black beans and buckwheat the grandkids really liked this one a lot. I prepared and shared with my grandkids and they really enjoyed the included bits to chew though there were not as many and we thought there would be as the photo shows tons. I used a shaker to mix the powder in almond milk to make sure not to blend it completely. I would recommend, it was fun and interesting and has a sweet good flavor, you would never know it had 17 grains in it. Thank you!
Honestly, I do not know what they meant by 'bulk grains' as a flavour. That made me a little apprehensive upon first trying it as all I could imagine was something like a fiber cereal, especially when it included little protein crunchies. After doing some research and tasting it, it's got a lightly sweetened soybean taste - a middleground of sweet and savoury, but leaning more toward a light sweetness. Beyond that, the taste is light and inoffensive. Mixes well without much agitation, and the protein crisps have no flavour to the point where I wish they weren't included as they almost make you feel like you haven't mixed it well enough.
