Tastes good and quality nutrition

My son loves this! He works out a lot and has tried many protein mixes and he was actually excited about the taste of this and that it’s nutritionally sound. Based on his opinion, I highly recommend this because I trust my sons’s opinions. He’s going to be a surgeon someday so he reads a lot about nutrition and he’s serious about working out and being healthy. It’s good value for the money if you compare it to other products of this caliber. The sugar content is reasonable. It’s got high quality ingredients. If you like matcha like we do, then you’ll love this, too.

Tasty and Convenient, but Pricey

This protein shake is easy to drink on the go and makes getting quick protein really convenient. The quality is good, and it keeps me full for a while, which helps with appetite control. The matcha flavor is nice but not very strong, so if you’re expecting a bold matcha taste you might be a little let down. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but overall it feels like a healthy option with solid nutrition and good taste.

Unique Matcha Protein Mix

This FLIMEAL Green Tea Matcha Protein Shake is a Korean drink mix. It IS sweet but just barely, looking at the ingredients list I see erythritol, maltodextrin, enzyme-treated stevia, and sugarcane in the ingredients list. The serving size for this is 3 tablespoons. There are no directions how to mix it on the bottle, I assume this is meant to be mixed with water most likely, but it seems like it would be too thin, so I opted for mixing this with 6 oz. of milk, and it made for a creamy sort of "matcha latte" drink. There are little dark balls in this, they have the texture of a crispy cereal. I think the dark brown look of them is where the "chocolate" on the ingredients list comes it. You cannot really tell they are chocolate, but I almost taste a hint of in there almost like a cocoa cereal ball. These balls are crispy at first, but get soggy like cereal does if you leave them too long in the drink before consuming them. They are few and far between but a fun little crunch to the drink. This powdered drink comes with a scoop in it, but the scoop seems very imprecise to me, I opted instead to use a tablespoon measure, leveled off. I actually thought with the milk the drink was best and refreshing with only 1 tablespoon added to the 6 oz. It got progressively sweeter and heavier with additional tablespoons whisked in. The powder didn't want to say mixed into the milk, I had to keep whisking it back up every so often. I ended liking this in the lower amount added to milk, but the full amount I thought was too much, and I don't believe I would like this just mixed into water.

Delicious and Nutritious

This filmeal tastes amazing. I'm honestly poised to make it my new favorite protein shake. The nutrition label is in Korean so you can't read the serving instructions, but the ad says add about 6oz of fluid to 3 scoops of filmeal. That's what I did, and used oatmilk in a blender bottle to mix it together. The green tea tastes like a boba drink. The little cereal bits are quite nice too, and provide a nice crunch, similar to Rice Krispies. I felt great knowing I had maximum taste with minimal guilt. The values are comparable to rivaling protein powders, and as an added bonus, this shake is high in fiber.I really enjoy this powder, and will probably be done with this case before I know it.

Crunchy delight

The ingredients are listed on the bag which holds the 6 pouches. Everything else is Korean. There is no instructions, but I thinks it's pretty straightforward. The back of the pouch has a clear space on top, with levels marked. So I filled with water till the first mark, then shake. Once shaked it need it to fill again to reach the first mark. I tasted it, it was too strong Macha flavor for me. So I filled up till 2nd mark, and the taste was perfect for me.Doesn't need a vigorous shake, it dissolves fast and without lumps. Have something crunchy in it.It does list some fruits , like pineapple - I do not taste the fruits at all.

Super Quick and Delicious!

I’ve never seen or heard of this product but I’m sooo glad I tried it…because it’s sooo delicious. It tastes like a matcha latte with little bits of crisp in it. There is no English directions but based off the Amazon description and pictures they said to use water or milk and fill to the first line. I’ve tried with both water and almond milk and I’m glad to report that it dissolves really well and that I drink this to replace my breakfast in the morning when I’m in a rush. I’m interested in trying their other flavors.. particularly their milk tea shake!! Also according to their website, these are sold in Olive Young stores in Korea which is a reputable store (similar to Sephora in the US).

Super Yummy!

My husband loves green tea and he drinks shakes for breakfast much of the time, so I got this for him to use at work. He tried the shakes two ways - once with sparkling water added (the directions say use water or carbonated water) and then once with almond milk instead. Far and above, it was way better with the almond milk. It truly made a world of difference. With the almond milk, it tasted very delicious and was more like a treat vs a meal replacement shake (which is always a huge bonus). When made with water, it was okay, but not nearly as good. I would go as far as to say that with water, it really is more of a 3 star shake, but with the almond milk it was 5 stars. I'm sure it would work just as well with oat milk or regular milk as well, but with water it was a little lackluster. Just a tip for those who try it with water and aren't impressed. The crunchy little balls add a bit of texture and extra deliciousness too! Overall I'm pretty impressed with this shake mix and we will definitely be purchasing it again!

convenient and mild matcha flavor

This Korean protein shake tastes better than I thought it would. It has a mild matcha flavor but I really wish it was stronger. The packets are pre-portioned out with make them very convenient to on the go. You just add water. Theres a clear section on the bag where you can see how much water to pour in for "thick" or "light" consistency. I've only tried the thick consistency since that works well for me. It has a mild chalky texture. I do like the crunchy bits but it doesn't come with many of those. It dissolves easily and a few shakes. The back is all I Korean so glad amazon included an English translation in the product description.

Good, but different

I was expecting a matcha flavored protein drink when I got this, but as it was all in Korean, I didn't really know what I was actually in for. The protein drink comes in pouches like those that apple sauce for lunchboxes come in, but bigger. Inside is dry powder and you have to add water to the pouch and shake it up to make the protein drink. I thought that was kind of ingenious to save on shipping costs and make the drinks more portable but still make it really convenient for users. I added water to the higher line for a more diluted drink. I had to shake it and add more water a few times for the final mixed product to be at the line I wanted it to be at, as mixing the dry powder with water made the level of the mixture drop. Then I took a gulp and nearly choked on the hard little pellets inside the drink. They are crunchy and taste like chocolate malt balls to me - delicious, but definitely unexpected in a protein drink! I got one out to put in the lid for a picture so you can see the size. All in all, the drink was delicious and filling - just be aware that there are hard little pellets inside the drink so you don't swallow them whole!

Big hit with daily protein shake drinker, clean ingredients

Hello friends, I selected this flimeal green tea matcha protein shake for good health.I gave this to my housemate as he goes through protein shakes pretty quickly. He said he really liked the flavor of it and thought it was unique. He says it tastes better than a lot of protein shakes and mixes easily. It has a nice smooth texture with crunchies. He's very interested in trying the other unusual flavors like black sesame and milk tea. He finished it off using it 14 days in a row. He says it's six stars so I'll give it five.

Tasty. Drink your milk

Bought for health conscious college freshman worried about all the bad eating they did during finals. They are apparently tasty and I approve of the amount of milk consumed with them. Use milk not water ppl! You will thank me in 30 years time when perimenopause is attacking your bones. Also they are apparently tasty. And healthy. And good for your skin. Drink your milk. And also water. Trust me you don’t want a kidney stone. Not that you’d get that from matcha, but kidney stones are terrible and lead to sepsis. But milk with this matcha. Tasty. Healthy.

Green tea protein shake

I've tried 5 different flavors of Flimeal protein shake, and the green tea one is definitely my favorite. I finished the first bottle and just received the second bottle. The crunchy bits make it even better, and it really helps keep me full and curb my appetite. Highly recommend the green tea flavor!

Best protein powder yet!

Delicious! If you're a matcha fan like myself and super picky about the taste of most protein powders, then this is for you! I found it to be super filling too. I will say that it may take a little extra time to mix, but worth it. Great for Ninja Creami too!
